Vegetarian London by Vegetarian Guides is an invaluable comprehensive pocket-sized guide to veggie and vegan London. You can't having beat a guide book with you when traveling around. The 2008 edition has 50% more pages than the previous edition.

The guide lists the 145 totally vegetarian restaurants and cafes, 25 of them vegan. 200 more restaurants and cafes with lots of vegan options are also listed. You can buy it on line or in shops.
