joanna E 2010-01-19 10:40:35I took my children to here and ordered two Vegan burgers and the chef covered them in salad cream. The waitress clearly had no idea what was or wasn't vegan and offered us no reduction in the price when half the meal was inedible, because of the salad cream.

I ate at Grassroots wholefoods last weekend, the service and food were outstanding. I would definitely go back. I went in for breakfast and was unaware that it was vegan/vegetarian (I'm not). The veggie sausages were absolutely delicious as was everything else

I work up the road from this cafe and just went in to get my lunch, the only other person in there was the waitress sitting at a table eating fried chicken out of a box!!
