This is one you can happily take a
conservative non-veggie too. Lots of varied choice, including vegan
options, in a trendy if rather cramped setting. The staff are a little
hasty, but have got much more friendly of late. The excellent vegan desserts make it worth a trip, and all dishes have beautiful distinctive flavours.
You can't book, so on popular nights there can be a queue.
However there is a private function room you can book if you have
more than nine people. Mildred's has been around for years and
is here to stay.
